Role Overview

• Provide customer service support via phone
• Resolve inquiries using established processes
• Document interactions accurately
• Maintain performance standards throughout certification andproduction

What You'll Do:

• Take inbound/outbound calls with professionalism andempathy
• Help customers resolve basic questions and issues
• Input data into client systems with accuracy
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
• Work towards metrics that can lead to fast-trackpromotions
