Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail‑oriented Personal Assistant/Driver to support our team in daily office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong time‑management skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment. This role involves managing office tasks, personal tasks, and being a driver for the company. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Professional Driver/Personal assistant skills in multitasking management. Maintain a clean driving record and demonstrate safe, responsible driving practices. Responsible for transporting clients to and from the airport early morning arrivals and late evening departures. Ensure timely arrivals and departures while providing courteous and professional customer service. Perform regular vehicle checks and basic maintenance to ensure safety and reliability. Perform administrative duties, act as a courier for the company and other duties needed daily. Order and pickup administrative and office essential supplies. Work closely with Admin department. Other duties as assigned by supervisor. Education / Experience 5+ years in an Administrative/Personal Assistant role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Must have strong organizational and time‑management skills. Proven problem solver in thinking outside the box. Must have a good proven driving record. Work Environment The work is typically performed indoors and outdoors. Sitting, standing, walking, and lifting daily. Physical Demands Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs.
