Looking for an entry-level job in marketing, sales, or nonprofit fundraising? We’re hiring Entry-Level Marketing & Sales Associates to support charitable campaigns, community events, fundraising initiatives, and customer engagement.
This is a great opportunity for recent graduates, first-time job seekers, career changers, and motivated entry-level candidates who want hands-on experience and professional growth.
No previous marketing, sales, or fundraising experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing coaching.
What You’ll DoRepresent nonprofit organizations and charitable campaigns at events and community locations
Engage with the public and communicate campaign goals clearly and professionally
Educate potential donors and supporters about fundraising initiatives
Build positive relationships with customers, donors, and community members
Assist with event setup, promotions, coordination, and activities
Work toward individual and team goals
Track customer or donor interactions and share feedback with the team
Participate in training focused on marketing, sales, communication, leadership, and fundraising
Work collaboratively to create positive event experiences and improve campaign results

No experience? No problem — we provide the training.
Experience in sales, marketing, customer service, retail, hospitality, fundraising, or events is helpful but not required .
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; college experience or a degree is a plus.

This is an in-person, public-facing position , not a traditional desk-based marketing role. You’ll gain hands-on experience at fundraising events, community activations, retail locations, and other event venues while developing valuable communication, marketing, sales, and leadership skills.
