Job Summary We are seeking an energetic Entry Level Event Coordinator to support promotional events, customer engagement, product presentations, and sales initiatives. This opportunity is ideal for individuals looking to build professional experience while developing communication, event coordination, customer service, and relationship-building skills. Responsibilities Help prepare event areas, displays, promotional materials, and supplies. Present and explain products and services in a friendly, professional manner. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions. Support promotional activities designed to generate customer interest and sales. Assist with event setup, operation, and breakdown. Build positive relationships with customers and event attendees. Generate leads through event interactions and promotional activities. Follow up with prospective customers when appropriate. Help maintain organized and professional event areas. Support individual and team sales goals during events. Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Energetic, outgoing, and professional personality. Comfortable interacting with customers in person. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
